STATEMENT OF
WELCOME
The Orleans United Methodist Church
celebrates our congregation's diversity of ethnicity, race, economic circumstance, age, sexual
orientation, family, gender, gifts and abilities. In accordance with Christ's example, we welcome the
full inclusion of all people into the life and ministries of the
church.
We are all in different places on
our spirit journey, and in order to grow, we need to give each other the freedom to be ourselves. We recognize
that attitudes and acts of injustice, discrimination
and violence diminish the gospel of Jesus Christ. We strive
to deepen our faith, to sustain and expand our fellowship and outreach, and
to continue to advocate for justice for all.
Our
doors are open to everyone!
After the Sunday morning
service, please join us downstairs in the Fellowship Hall for coffee and
fellowship. If you have questions, feel free to call us at
508-255-0622 or email us at
Office Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to Noon.
